Almost there...

Alas, I'm sorry it's been so long since I've given an update. But my life right now consists of writing, writing, writing. I have a paper due Friday that I have been madly trying to finish, so I haven't been doing much else (unless you count shopping with Genny on Saturday - but that had to be done!). I stayed up late last night and didn't get much sleep because my brain thought about the paper all night long. I have a feeling that will be the trend for the week. Anyway, my goal is to finish the writing today so I can edit and format the rest of the week. The paper topic is very interesting - the Passover Lamb as the background to the Lamb imagery in Revelation - it's just a massive topic. There's so much to say, so little time to say it (and Dr. Hoskins really doesn't want a 50 page paper anyway)! But it must be done by Friday, so I'm looking forward to an academic-free weekend - taking care of some much-needed maintenance in my apartment, watching the Alabama/LSU football game (ROLL TIDE!), and maybe even a little scrapbooking. Hey, I need a release after working so long on this paper.

By the way, I have to present the paper to my seminar a week from Friday. Pray that my paper passes (right now none of the 3 already presented have passed!), because I REALLY don't want to have to rewrite this paper. I'm trying hard to get it right the first time!
