Growing, growing, growing...

My tomato plants are growing! They're now over a foot tall, getting up to the first level on the cages, and one plant even has a couple of little yellow flowers! I will NOT be taking Jeff Holmes's advice - he said you have to pull those little yellow flowers in order to get tomatoes. NOT!!! Little yellow flowers bring big red tomatoes. My mouth is watering just thinking about them. I can't wait!

I can almost smell them... I love the smell of tomato plants (toe-mah-toe, that is). Reminds me of childhood summers. I can't wait to see your first fruits! ;)

LOVE fresh tomatoes - about the only place to get really good ones is Central Market. I guess I'll make a trip over today. Yum! Have fun.

Yea! TOMATOES..... I know you are happy to see those little yellow flowers. Don't pick them! Let us know when you get your first tomatoe.
