Happy Birthday, Amie!

Happy Birthday and Cinco de Mayo to my dear friend Amie! Today I'm thinking about last year on your birthday when we visited Loch Leven Castle and had a blast driving around the Scottish countryside and coastline. A dram of whisky for a mid-afternoon snack, anyone? (Not me, I'm Baptist!)
I miss you, my friend. I hope the sun shines down on you today, and the Granite City sparkles in your honour.

Thanks, Barb! You are the best. Last year was awesome, wasn't it? And you must have some pull, because the sun was out full force today (it was 65, and I was in flip flops!) and the Granite City was lovely. Until the harr came in tonight... but that's another story! Thanks, my friend! =D
