See Rock City!
One of my days in Georgia, we took a road trip up to Lookout Mountain, GA and Rock City. There are signs for Rock City all over the south, all with the trademark red bird house. I went a few years back with the Cambridge college trip, but we only visited Rock City itself, not the other local attractions, and the rest of the family hadn't been there. It was such a warm day, but we had a lot of fun together, enjoying God's creation.

When we left Rock City, we made our way to Ruby Falls, a fully underground waterfall. We enjoyed the cavern, all the cool formations in the stalagmites and stalactites, and when we finally made it to the waterfall we were amazed at how tall it was.
Our third stop on the Rock City tour was the Lookout Mountain Incline Railway. At 72.7 degrees, it's the steepest railway in the world (although it didn't feel as steep as the railway in Australia's Blue Mountains). We rode the mile up Lookout Mountain, enjoyed the lookouts (no pun intended), and made our way back down the mountain, sitting in the very front of the train. It was a neat ride.
What a fun adventure with my family!
